Over the last five years Studio A+T Architects has been working on Conceive NJ’s new facility in Wall Township, NJ. We studied and performed test fits for four sites in Mid-Eastern New Jersey, culminating in this 10,000 square foot center in Wall. The center is planned for an eventual four-doctor practice that will begin with a single REI and small staff and expand up. The elements have been designed with maximum flexibility in mind and will require few structural modifications as the practice scales in the next few years. In Vitro Fertilization Centers have become a specialty of our office. Conceive NJ’s floor plan has public exam and diagnostics in the left side and a fully equipped ambulatory IVF laboratory, chemistry lab, procedure and recovery area to the right side of the facility.
